The computer systems and computer programs used for the operation of the Site collect some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols (e.g. IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the Site, the URI addresses -Uniform Resource Identifier- of the requested resources, time of the request, method used to submit the request to the server, size of the file obtained in response, numerical code about the status of the response made by the server (successful, error, etc.- and other parameters related to the operating system and the user's computer environment). Although this information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, by its nature, it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining statistical information not associated with any user identification data on the use of the Site and to check the correct functioning of the same and, unless illegal activity against the Site is detected, they are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes against the Site.

Cookies
Cookies are small text files that the websites visited by the user send and store on the device used by the user to access the Internet (computer, smartphone or tablet), to be then retransmitted to the same sites on their next visit. The express and prior consent of the user is not always required for the use of cookies. In particular, the so-called technical cookies, i.e. those cookies that are indispensable for the operation of the site or necessary to perform activities requested by the user, do not require such consent.
The Site uses only technical and analytical cookies comparable to technical cookies (which allow aggregate and anonymous data to be collected relating to the use of the site, such as number of visitors, pages visited, time spent on the site, etc.), as indicated here in detail, with relative indication of their permanence: https://www.iubenda.com/privacy-policy/84926430/cookie-policy
The legal basis for this processing of personal data is therefore the legitimate interest of the Data Controller in the management and usability of the Site.
Through the preferences of their browser, the user can still block cookies independently and in any case delete those installed in the past.
Data provided voluntarily by the user
No provision of personal data by the user is required to consult the Site. These data will be used for the sole purpose of following up on the user's request and may be communicated to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose.
The processing of data for these purposes does not require the consent of the Data Subject, since the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which he/she is a party or, as in the case of a request for a quote, for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at his/her request (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b) of the Regulation), as well as, where applicable, to comply with a legal obligation (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulation). The Data Controller may then process the personal data of the aforementioned users in pursuit of the legitimate interest - constituting the legal basis - of the protection of their rights.
The processing of personal data will be carried out by personnel trained and authorized by the Data Controller with procedures, technical and IT tools suitable for protecting the confidentiality and security of the same.
Such personal data are kept for the time strictly necessary to provide the Data Subjects with answers to their requests, and during the term of validity of the quote/service, without prejudice to further retention obligations provided for by law. In case of contractual negotiation, for example for the use of a specific service, the relevant specific information on the processing of personal data will be promptly provided.
Personal data will not be disseminated.
As part of its activity and for the purposes indicated above, the Data Controller may make use of services rendered by third parties who operate either as independent data controllers or on behalf of and according to the instructions of the same, as data processors. These are subjects who provide the Data Controller with processing or instrumental services. You may request a complete and up-to-date list of the subjects appointed as data processors by contacting the contact details indicated above.
In any case, the data will be processed within the territory of the European Union.
